<p><span style="color: #73736f; font-family: lato, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 16px; letter-spacing: 1px;">基本上依照我們家現在的人口數來說（2大1小1嬰兒），幾菜幾湯的這個選擇目前可能還沒有辦法實行（笑），分享2個我常準備的<strong>『零廚藝20分鐘晚餐食譜』</strong>給大家，即使你不太會煮飯也沒關係，因為這個真的超級簡單，然後其餘食材在全聯都可以買得到（包含泰式酸辣醬）。不過，很誠實的說，以下食譜還是需要冷凍食材的輔助，不全然是自己完成，不過好處是，食材的變化度就很高，冷凍食材的廠商也可以自己挑選，重點是，失敗率還很低（大笑），來看看以下的食譜吧～</span></span></p>
